Foot in the mouth club

Michelle Obama tells of the time when she and Barack visited his home country of Kenya (she pronounces it Kinya, but I guess that was she what she meant) (unless there is a Kinya province in Hawaii that I haven't heard about)

I see that PM Brown has called for a May election. One month? What a wonderful experience that would be-we have already begun "light" campaigning here in the states.

943 days until our next presidential election. The amount of money spent is scandalous...

How funny! I suspect he was born in Indonesia and not Hawaii, but it's politically incorrect to question a minority president.

But the amount of investigation into a non-important issue of how many hours GW Bush flew when he was in the Texas National Guard captivated the media (if not the country) for months.

This will disappear from sight quickly, and did the decision to pull back from manned space flight altogether.

You didn't hear that? Once the shuttle is retired, American will not be able to send a man (or woman) into space for the first time since Alan Shepard in 1961.

It would be hard for a dumb Bush quote to be remembered for long there was always a new one to take its place. google dumb bush quotes and see how they compare to
Mrs. Obamas miss speak.

What a silly, petty post Terry. Do you really want give those nutters credence?

I'm truly surprised that you, as a scientist, would accept the dubious "evidence" that the birthers propose to support their theory.

I am neither a Republican nor a Democrat. I laughed at Reagan on "Spitting Image" and the incoherent Bush; why should I not be allowed to laugh at America's First Lady?

I don't think it matters where you are born, but I would hope that the American President regards America as his country, not Kenya.

Colin Cowdrey, the captain of England's cricket team some time ago, was born in India. But he always regarded himself as an Englishman.

It may not be important where you were born, but to be the president of the USA, you MUST be born in the the USA.. and be at least 35 years old.

Yes, I am aware of that. Silly rule!
