There was no expression of CD79b, FMC7, CD10. CD38, CD5, CD23. IgG, IgM, IgD, IgA.BOne marrow with 29% of lymphocytes (biopsy showed slight interstitial lymphocyte infiltration). No symptoms. CTs, RX, Ultrassonography with no lymphadenomegaly/organomegaly. Two haematologysts gave me MBL as a diagnosis. I stopped my life because I think this will be diasease sooner or later.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19490962.post-8201939870071705222008-09-25T18:19:00.000+01:002008-09-25T18:19:00.000+01:00MBL can occur at any age. 30% lymphocytes in the b...MBL can occur at any age. 30% lymphocytes in the bone marrow need not be malignant - it all depends on the immunophenotype.Terry Hamblinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06346629921055055879noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19490962.post-46995318933436171482008-09-25T18:16:00.000+01:002008-09-25T18:16:00.000+01:00Dear TerryDo you think that MBL (CCL phennotype or...Dear Terry<BR/>Do you think that MBL (CCL phennotype or not) could occur in younger subjects? I mean in the early thirties? I am one of those and got really scared of what future will bring. What´s in your opinion is the normal range value for lymphocytes count in bone marrow? Does 30% or more always mean disease? Thank you.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
