Hamblin,<br /><br />Would this treatment be indicated for someone like me who has already undergone Chlorambucil and Prednisolone 4 years ago, when you diagnosed me with AIHA? I again have a positive response to the Coombs test (direct). I wrote to Dr. Oscier who suggested this treatment - Chlorambucil+Rituximab. But first he wants me to do a reticulocyte, spherocite and polychromasia count to confirm - or not - AIHA.
